On 1st April 2002, all replacement glazing in dwellings has come within the scope of the new building regulations. Since then, anyone who installs complete replacement windows or doors must comply with improved thermal performance standards. Sash Restorations Limited are members of Fensa, this means that we can certify all of our installations, register them with Fensa and they will send out certificates and all the necessary documentation direct to our customers. (This regulation does not apply to repair work i.e jusr replacing the sashes and not the frame).
